Refund Policy
Effective date: 24 July 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This policy explains refunds for services, event tickets and membership purchased through our website. It is designed to comply with, and never to reduce, the rights Costa Rican consumer law grants you.
2. Eight-day right of withdrawal (derecho de retracto)
Under article 40 of Ley N.º 7472 — applied to online and distance sales by Chapter X of its Reglamento (Decreto N.º 40703-MEIC) — you may withdraw from a purchase, without penalty, within eight days of the contract being perfected, where the nature of the service permits. If you exercise this right in time, we refund the amount paid by the same means of payment you used.
3. How to request a refund
Send your request through the contact form, the WhatsApp button, or info@inspireworkslab.com, with your name, the order or booking, and the date. We will confirm and process eligible refunds by the original payment method as promptly as the payment provider allows.
4. Services, dated events and tickets
For one-on-one services and general purchases we honour the eight-day withdrawal right described above. For tickets to a specific dated event, or services already begun at your request, the law conditions withdrawal on "the nature of the good"; we apply it in good faith and, where a strict exclusion might apply, we will tell you clearly before purchase. In all cases, if we cancel an event or fail to deliver a service, you are entitled to a full refund.
5. Legal warranty
Every service carries the implied legal warranty of quality under article 43 of Ley N.º 7472. If a service does not conform to what was offered, you may seek a remedy regardless of this policy; this warranty cannot be waived.
6. Contact and complaints
For any refund question, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. You also retain the right to file a complaint before the Comisión Nacional del Consumidor of the MEIC (Ley N.º 7472).
