Community Guidelines

1. Purpose of the community
The InspireWorks Lab community is a space for professionals and leaders to share, learn and grow together. These guidelines keep it safe, respectful and useful, and form part of our Membership Terms and Terms and Conditions.
2. Respect and inclusion
Treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, personal attacks, threats and bullying are not allowed. Disagree with ideas, not with people.
3. Confidentiality and privacy
Respect what others share. Do not repost or disclose another member's personal information or private contributions outside the community without their consent. Handle sensitive matters with discretion.
4. Prohibited content
Do not post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, deceptive or spam content, malware, or unsolicited advertising, and do not impersonate others. Do not post content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
5. Your content and moderation
You keep the rights to what you post and are responsible for it; by posting you grant us the licence described in our Terms and Conditions (consistent with Ley N.º 6683) to host and display it in the community. We may moderate, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that breach these guidelines. To report content, use the tools provided or contact us.
